GENERAL
These terms and conditions explain your rights and obligations in relation to Freedom Clothing and any goods purchased through the website www.freedomclothing.co.uk. Please read them carefully. We may update these 'Terms' from time to time, posting them online at freedomclothing.co.uk/terms. Your continued use of this site shall mean your agreement to any changes made and you are bound by such. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we have applied. Should you proceed to purchase goods from this site you are confirming your acceptance of and compliance with all terms and conditions given.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order, this e-mail will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a confirmation by e-mail showing the goods that you ordered are in stock and are been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, when an order is received we will proceed to conduct the relevant security checks on the card used and the address given. Every attempt is made to protect the genuine cardholder at all times. Please note that no money is taken from the card until the goods are dispatched.
* Note that some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time, this is known as deferred payment this is not something we have any control over. Freedom Clothing can only accept cards that have been issued in the UK or Ireland
All orders are subject to availability. On the rare occasion that the goods you have ordered are not available we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
Cancellations
The United Kingdoms distance selling regulations give you the right to cancel your order, for any item purchased at freedomclothing.co.uk This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. You must contact Freedom Clothing by phone or e-mail before 4pm of the order date to prevent the goods being posted. Cancellation made after 4pm that have been despatched will need to be returned to us. While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods, which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
Limitation Of Liability
We do not limit our liability to you for death, personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud. Freedom Clothing will not be liable for defective
goods unless a claim is made in writing within 7 days of receiving
goods, in accordance with conditions applied under 'Returns Policy'.
All risk of loss of the goods will pass to the purchaser on delivery at the agreed address. Notwithstanding all ownership and risk of goods will remain with Freedom Clothing until the purchaser as paid for the agreed products and services in full.
It will remain the responsibility of the user to take such precautions as necessary to ensure that they are protected from any viruses, worms, trojan horses and other items of a destructive nature. In no event will Freedom Clothing be liable in any party for any direct, indirect damages caused, for any use of this website.
Freedom Clothing will not be liable in any way for the loss, damage, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from any failure or delay in performing any obligation under this contract, of any event or circumstance outside our reasonable control. Including but not limited to; any strikes, industrial action, failure of power supplies or equipment, government action or act of God.
English law shall govern the Terms. The courts of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. All dealings, correspondences and contact between the purchaser (you) and the retailer (us) shall be made or conducted in the English language.
RETURNS
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with labels † intact within
14 days of purchase. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will
issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary
so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card
or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully
re-saleable condition or within the set timescale we reserve the right
to refuse a refund on the item. The item is your responsibility
until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value
of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
† Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Returns Procedure
Please take care when unpacking and repacking your products. Upon receipt of your purchase you will find an invoice enclosed. On the invoice you will find a pre-printed address label, THIS IS NOT PRE-PAID. Please use this along with the invoice when returning items. If you do not have an
invoice please enclose the following information an a piece of paper:
- Your name/address and contact details
- The order number or date you received the product
- Please specify the reason for returning the item

Returning Faulty Goods
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or faults. If you find a defect or fault you must tell us before wearing the item within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Should an item become faulty after wearing, goods will only be considered for a refund or exchange within a reasonable timescale from purchase. This will normally be no more than 3 months. Freedom Clothing will not accept returns on; garments with prints damaged by ironing, garments with shrinkage due to washing, garments with damaged glitter, beading, sequins or embroidery. All goods returned, and thought to be faulty will be sent to the manufacturer for an independent quality inspection. This process can take up to 14 days. Please return any item considered to be faulty to us, at the aforementioned address. Please add the reason why the item is considered to be faulty. Any item found to be faulty will receive a full refund plus postage cost.
If You Received The Wrong Item?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail returns@freedomclothing.co.uk quoting your order number, your name, address and telephone number, also the details of the product you wish to return. We will happily refund or exchange any item sent to you in error on our part. A refund will also be given for the postage costs.
SHIPPING
Delivery
When placing an order, you must first fill out the correct details of the statements address of were the card being used is registered. THESE DETAILS MUST BE CORRECT. Should you wish to have your purchases delivered to this address, simply tick the relevant box indicated. Or you can have your items delivered anywhere within the UK and Ireland by providing a delivery address in the section given.
Freedom Clothing only use Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery or International Signed For, this is a next day service. Any orders placed before 4pm between Monday & Friday will receive their goods before 1pm the following day. This service includes Saturday delivery.
All orders on dispatch will be issued with a tracking number. Customers wishing to Track their order should visit Royal Mail and follow the steps provided.
All deliveries are made subject to the terms laid out in the General section.
The cost of delivery will be part absorbed by Freedom Clothing. There will be a delivery charge of £3.95 £3.50 for the first item purchased with every order, after which there would be an additional charge of £1.00 there is no additional cost for every other item added. All deliveries are Next Day and will require a signature on arrival. Should someone, other than the purchaser at the delivery address sign for the goods Freedom Clothing will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage caused.
Should any item ordered be delayed due to a security issue needing cleared or at peak times such as Sale times and Christmas, please allow up to 3 days for delivery.
Payment
All purchases are charged in GBP Sterling and will include the current charges of VAT. Freedom Clothing will only accept credit cards that are registered in the UK and Ireland.
No payment will be taken from the card supplied at the point of ordering, Payment will only be taken when the goods ordered have been confirmed to be in stock and are on dispatch to you.
* Note that some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time, Even when an order is cancelled by us, this is known as deferred payment this is not something we have any control over.
All online transactions are powered and secured by SecPay. SecPay is a division of PayPoint.net, a leading Internet merchant gateway with compliance to the highest level of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS).
Please note Credit Card numbers cannot therefore be stored or retained by Freedom Clothing either online or off-line. Only the last 4 digits are ever shown for the purposes of customer recognition and billing account details.

Safeguarding Your Account
We advise customers to use 'strong' passwords. A good practise is to avoid dictionary words and use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers. Never share your password with anyone. Please note, passwords are encrypted using a '1-way' algorithm and cannot be retrieved if you lose them. If forgotten, users may have to go through a lost password procedure in order to reset their password. As such, staff at Freedom Clothing will never ask you for your password, and you should not tell it to anyone. We also recommend users to always log-out after a session. In addition if you are using a shared or public computer you should surf in 'private' mode, and disallow the browser from saving your username and password log-in details.
Privacy Policy
Customers wishing to register should have a valid email address, and ensure they can receive emails from freedomclothing.co.uk by adding us to their address book. Personal details are recorded using 128-bit encryption for additional security. Please note, your information will never be disclosed or sold onto any 3rd Parties for any purposes not relating to Freedom Clothing marketing and promotional campaigns. In short, we uphold an anti-spam policy. During registration users may select types of communication they wish to receive, and may subscribe to additional services or unsubscribe at any time.
Site Security
To ensure that your private information is handled securely during transmission online, users can opt to browse via our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) https://www.freedomclothing.co.uk signed by a GeoTrust certificate with 256-bit encryption. Please note: the checkout, payment and account pages should be accessed via the SSL (https://) connection by default.
